1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 53jili ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 53jili website at https://53jili.app, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
By registering an account on 53jili, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 53jili.
53jili is designed primarily for players based in the Philippines. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated. 2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on 53jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, associations, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.

53jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold one (1) account on 53jili. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. 53jili uses this information to verify your identity and process transactions. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal, 53jili will request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. Accepted documents include a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued Philippine identification. Proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered mobile number) may also be required.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 53jili will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 53jili support immediately. The platform is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Deposits
53jili accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking for BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted.
- Minimum single deposit: ₱100
- Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
- Deposits are credited to your 53jili wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider — most GCash and Maya transfers are instant.
- 53jili does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
- Only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
Important: 53jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system outages. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your 53jili account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.1 Processing Times
53jili aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to two (2) business days.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
5.3 Withdrawal Holds
53jili may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud screening, or compliance review. The platform will notify you of any hold and the estimated resolution timeline. Withdrawal requests tied to active bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
53jili regularly offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and sports betting promos. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
53jili monitors bonus activity continuously. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to neutralise wagering requirements, using automated software, or coordinating with other accounts — constitute bonus abuse. 53jili reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a new-player promotion on a second account is a violation of these Terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Unused bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Once expired, bonus balances are removed from your account automatically. 53jili does not restore expired bonuses.
7. Gameplay Rules
All casino games available on 53jili — including live dealer tables, poker, fishing games, and slots — operate under game-specific rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all game categories:
- All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live studio environments with audited dealing procedures.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (disconnection, software error, platform outage), 53jili will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. 53jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
- Winnings from games are credited to your 53jili wallet upon settlement. Game results are final once settled; disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the game result.
- The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts in any casino game is strictly prohibited.
8. Sports Betting Rules
The 53jili sportsbook covers basketball (NBA and PBA), boxing, MMA, and other sports and esports markets. The following rules apply to all sports and betting markets on 53jili:
8.1 Bet Acceptance
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 53jili reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any player without providing a reason. Bets placed after the official start of an event will be voided unless the market is explicitly offered as a live betting market.
8.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed but rescheduled within 48 hours, bets may remain active at 53jili's discretion. Beyond 48 hours, all bets on the postponed event are voided.
8.3 Ante-Post and Futures Bets
Futures and ante-post markets (e.g., championship winners) are settled at the odds available at the time of placement. Withdrawals are not permitted from funds locked in unresolved futures bets. If a participant withdraws from a futures market before its conclusion, the bet stands on the remaining field unless a non-runner rule is declared.
8.4 Live Betting
Live in-play odds are generated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any moment. 53jili does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets for any event. Bets placed at odds that are subsequently identified as a manifest error may be voided.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 53jili and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point
- Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person
- Using third-party payment methods not registered in your name
- Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or game manipulation
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures
- Any activity that 53jili reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or the proceeds of illegal activity
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 53jili staff or other players
Anti-Money Laundering: 53jili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine financial intelligence authority. All large deposits and unusual betting patterns are subject to enhanced monitoring.
10. Responsible Gaming
53jili is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings.
- Session Time Limits: Configure session duration alerts to track how long you've been playing.

53jili is not liable for: losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms; disruption caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including internet outages, device failure, or acts of a third party); or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, even if 53jili was advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits 53jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
53jili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of 53jili after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed under the terms in effect at the time the request was submitted.
